About the review process

Over the years, I have reviewed hundreds of animation and VFX showreels, both as an artist in international studios and as an educator and mentor. I have welcomed countless of supervisors, recruiters, and hiring managers to our campus. I understand what they’re looking for when searching for potential candidates.

For the past 11 years, I have led productions, Dailies and showreel reviews at Westerdals, Kristiania University College, helping students develop their skills and land jobs in the industry.

During our feedback session, we will review your work in detail, identify strengths and weaknesses, and discuss specific steps you can take to improve your reel and increase your chances of landing your next opportunity. Only thing I ask for is that you bring a notebook and pen to the review.
